摘要
水电机组振摆监测保护系统的应用可为其安全稳定运行、突发事故预防、经济效益提升、科学维护及计划检修向状态检修的过渡提供技术保证。本文以SSJ-9000机组振摆保护系统在白山水力发电厂的应用为例,详细介绍了以SJ-90B振摆保护装置为现地核心采集处理单元的SJ-9000系统结构、配置、功能与特点,客观分析评价了系统对机组运行状态的实时监测保护作用,为水电机组振摆保护系统应用工作的展开阐明了一条切实可行的技术实施路线。
A system for monitoring and protecting hydroelectric generator set vibration can provide technical assurance for safe and stable operation,emergency prevention,economic benefit promotion,scientific maintenance and transition from planned recondition to emergency recondition.Take the application of SSJ-9000 vibration protecting system based on SJ-90B unit in Baishan Power Plant for an example,it detailed the structure,configuration,function and characteristics of SJ-9000 system which used SJ-90B vibration protecting unit as local central collecting and processing unit,objectively analyzed and evaluated its function of real-time monitoring protection to the operating status of the unit,and clarified a feasible technology implementing method for the application of hydroelectric generator set monitoring and protecting system.
