摘要
目的探讨椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎体压缩骨折的术前术后护理。方法对69例经皮穿刺椎体成形术患者进行术前准备,心理护理及体位指导,术后加强生命体征的观察,防止并发症的发生。结果 69例经皮穿刺椎体成形术患者均治愈出院,无护理并发症发生。结论人本位整体护理是把病人视为生物的、心理的、社会的人而给予适合不同个体需要的护理,在经皮穿刺椎体成形术术后护理中使患者功能恢复至最佳程度,使患者更好地回归社会。
Objective To investigate the nursing in peri-operation period of percutaneous vertebroplasty. Methods The preoperative preparation including mental care and postural training, and postoperative nursing including close watching on vital signs were analyzed. Results All the 69 patients discharged from hospital after recovery. There was no nursing complication. Conclusions Human-based holistic nursing care fits different needs of different patients by treading them as bio-psycho-social beings.
