复方丹参滴丸联合呼吸操对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疗效及凝血功能的影响

Effect of compound danshen pills combined with breathing exercises on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and coagulation function

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合呼吸操对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)疗效及凝血功能的影响。方法 98例COPD患者随机分为2组,观察组50例,戒烟和药物治疗基础上服用复方丹参滴丸联合呼吸操,对照组48例,只进行戒烟和药物治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗后6月、12月测定患者凝血功能、血浆D-二聚体、动脉血气分析、生活质量、6min步行距离,并对比治疗前后的变化。结果观察组经复方丹参滴丸联合呼吸操治疗后凝血功能、动脉血气分析指标、生活质量、6min步行距离改善程度明显优于对照组。结论复方丹参滴丸联合呼吸操可改善COPD患者的凝血功能、低氧状况及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound danshen pills combined with breathing exercises on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and coagulation function. Methods Ninety-eight patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups. Forty-eight cases in the control group stopped smoking and received drug treatment. Fifty cases in observation group stopped smoking and received drug treatment,and received compound danshen pills combined with breathing exercises. All patients underwent the measurement of coagulation function,the plasma levels of D-dimer,arterial blood gas analysis,quality of life,6-minute walking test before and 6,12 months after treatment. Results The coagulation function,arterial blood gas,quality of life index and 6 min walking distance in the observation group were improved more significantly than those in control group. Conclusions Compound danshen pills combined with breathing exercises can improve the coagulation function,hypoxia condition and quality of life of patients with COPD.
