金刚石线锯的复合电镀工艺研究进展

Development on fixed abrasive diamond wire saw with electroplating method

金刚石线锯的复合电镀制备方法是通过金属电沉积的方式将金刚石磨料掺杂到金属镀层中,在锯丝表面形成复合镀层,最终制造出一种线性超硬工具的过程。本课题综述了金刚石线锯的复合电镀工艺的原理特点以及制备时的材料选取和制备工艺过程,并对其工艺方面做出总结和展望。

Fixed abrasive diamond wire saw is a kind of linear superhard material tool which uses the electroplating method to affix diamond to the wire with an extra layer of metal bond electroplated on it.In this subject,the principle,materials,techniques of fixed abrasive diamond wire saw are summarized.Finally,the further development of fixed abrasive diamond wire saw is also forecast.
