摘要
采用普通夹具和水冷夹具对聚晶金刚石进行了表面抛光实验。通过对比两种夹具在不同载荷下对砂轮温度,夹具及产品温度,产品变形量,抛光效果及效率的影响,发现仅靠冷却水对砂轮进行冷却降温是不够的,而同时对砂轮,夹具和产品进行冷却降温,才会有较好的抛光效果和效率。适当条件下,水冷夹具的抛光效率可提升至三倍以上。
The PCD surface polishing experiments are carried out using common fixtures and water-cooling fixtures.The temperatures of the grinding wheel,fixtures and PCD,the deformation degree of PCD and the efficiency and effect of polishing are compared under different load.It is found that only cooling the wheel is not enough,while cooling the grinding wheel,fixture and PCD at the same time will obtain higher polishing efficiency and better surface.Under certain conditions,the efficiency could be improved by water-cooling fixtures to three times as it used to be.
