Application Research on a new Anti-surface-corrosion Process for the Iron-casting

介绍了铸铁件表面抗腐蚀新型工艺方法。以常规QPQ盐浴处理技术为基础,通过对常规QPQ盐浴处理、常规QPQ盐浴处理+涂覆以及改进型QPQ盐浴处理等工艺在灰口铸铁件上的工艺试验和研究,总结出了QPQ盐浴处理方法应用于铸铁件的表面抗腐蚀新型工艺技术。

This article describes a new anti-surface-corrosion process for the iron-castings. Based on the regular quench-polish-quench (QPQ) salt bath processing technology, by using series technique tests and researches on HT-200 iron-casting, such as, regular QPQ salt bath processing technology, regular QPQ salt bath plus coating processing technology, advanced QPQ salt bath processing technology, a new anti-surface-corrosion processing technology for the iron-castings based on QPQ salt bath process was summarized.
