摘要 综述现有污染物控制设备脱汞,如除尘、脱硫、脱硝装置脱汞,入炉煤添加剂脱汞,吸附剂吸附脱汞,氧化脱汞和锅炉运行参数优化脱汞等5类燃煤锅炉烟气脱汞技术的研究进展及发展现状,分析卤素、HCl、烟气成分等因素对脱汞效率的影响,并对5种技术方案的脱汞效率及技术优缺点进行比较。结果表明,对于已装备除尘、脱硫或选择性催化还原(SCR)装置的锅炉,利用现有设备协同脱汞最为经济;入炉煤添加脱汞剂,吸附剂脱汞和氧化脱汞效率较高,是脱汞技术发展的方向。 Recent development of five flue gas demercuration technologies were summarized,namely removing mercury by the present pollution control equipments such as dust remover,desulfurization and denitrification device;by coal additive;by adsorbent injection;by oxidization;and by optimizing the operation parameters of boiler.Furthermore,the influence of factors like halogen,HCl,and flue gas components on mercury removal efficiency was analyzed.The efficiency and the corresponding advantages and disadvantages of different technologies were compared.The results showed that,for the boilers with dust remover,desulfurization or denitrification(SCR) devices,the most economical demercuration method is to take use of the present equipments.Removing mercury by coal additives,adsorbent injection and oxidation has higher efficiency,which is the developing direction of demercuration technique.
