摘要
对某电厂1 025t/h锅炉进行了烧烟煤改造后的运行优化试验,分析了氧量、燃尽风和磨煤机组合方式等参数变化对锅炉效率及NOx排放浓度的影响。结果表明,在机组330、264、198MW负荷下,将氧量分别控制在2.35%、3.30%、4.20%左右;在60%~100%额定负荷范围内将OFA风门开度可控制在60%~80%;在燃烧情况和设备运行条件允许的情况下减少上层磨煤机运行,尽量下层磨煤机运行等,可使锅炉在最佳状态下运行,提高锅炉效率,同时降低NOx排放的浓度。
Operation optimization experiment was conducted on a retrofitted 1 025 t/h boiler,and the influence of parameters such as oxygen content,over-fire air(OFA) and the combination mode of coal mill on boiler efficiency and NOx emission were investigated.The results showed that,for the unit under 330,264 and 198 MW load condition,such adjustments as controlling the oxygen content at about 2.35%,3.30% and 4.20%,keeping the OFA gate opening within 60%-80% when the load ranged from 60% to 100% of the rated load,and running the coal mill at lower layer as much as possible but not the one at upper layer,can realize the boiler's optimal operation,enhance the boiler efficiency and reduce the NOx emission.
