摘要 结合华电莱州电厂水网控制系统,总结了FF和Profibus-DP现场总线用于火电厂水网控制的设计要点。该控制系统以美国艾默生过程控制有限公司的OvationDCS为平台,对FF和Profibus-DP 2种现场总线协议进行了合理配置,实现了对水网的控制。同时,对2种现场总线技术在控制系统调试过程中易出现信号干扰、主站与从站参数设置错误等问题,提出了解决方案。 Combining with the water network control system in Huadian Laizhou Power Plant,this paper summarizes the key points of design for applying FF and Profibus-DP field bus to water network control in thermal power plant.By taking the Ovation DCS from Emerson Process Management of America as the platform,this system reasonably configures the two field bus protocols,FF and Profibus-DP,so the control of water network can be realized.Meanwhile,to solve the problems that occur during the control system debugging,such as frequent signal interference,parameter setting errors for master and slave station,the corresponding countermeasures are given.
