摘要
对华能海门电厂3号超超临界1 000MW机组轴系在调试期间发生的振动故障进行了分析处理。该机组在高速暖机过程中高压转子发生动静碰摩故障,经连续盘车2h后,故障消除;在首次带大负荷过程中因轴封蒸汽温度比正常值偏低约20℃导致B低压转子发生动静碰摩故障,通过提高轴封蒸汽温度使其维持正常温度范围后,振动故障消除;额定负荷工况下,7Y、9Y和10Y测点轴振振幅分别处于报警值,通过对B低压转子和发电机转子进行现场高速动平衡后,机组轴系振动处于优良水平。
For the No.3 supercritical 1 000 MW unit in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant,its high pressure rotor had a rotor friction between dynamic and static parts during high speed warm-up period,after continuous turning gear for 2 hours,the fault was eliminated.Because the shaft sealing steam temperature was about 20 ℃ lower than the normal value when the turbine ran under large load for the first time,the low pressure B rotor had the same fault,and the vibration was eliminated through improving the shaft sealing steam temperature and keeping it at the normal level.Under rated load condition,the shaft vibration amplitudes of measuring point 7Y,9Y,and 10Y reached the alarm value,respectively,through conducting field high speed dynamic balancing for the low pressure B rotor and the generator rotor,the shaft vibration returned to the normal level.
