摘要
对某电厂300MW机组锅炉排烟温度异常偏高的原因进行了分析,认为其主要因燃气脉冲吹灰器吹灰效果不佳导致尾部受热面积灰严重,使水平低温过热器和省煤器吸热量减少所致。通过采取减小干渣机漏风、调整燃烧器摆角以及将燃气脉冲吹灰器改造为蒸汽吹灰器等措施,使排烟温度下降了16℃,锅炉效率提高了0.94百分点,供电煤耗约降低3.29g/(kW.h),提高了机组运行的安全性和经济性。
The exhaust temperature of a 300 MW unit boiler was higher than the designed value.To enhance the security and economy of the unit operation,reason analysis was conducted.Decrease in heat absorption of horizontal low-temperature reheater and economizer was considered as the major factor,which resulted from serious ash deposition on final heating surfacing caused by poor soot blowing effect of the flue gas impulse soot blower.Thus,several measures were carried out,such as reducing the air leakage in dry residue machine,adjusting the burner injection angle,and transforming the flue gas impulse soot blower into steam soot blower.After improvement,the exhaust temperature dropped by 16 ℃,the boiler efficiency increased by 0.94%,and the coal consumption decreased by about 3.29 g/(kW·h).The safety and economy of the unit was significantly enhanced.
