核电机组蒸汽管道保温层阴燃原因分析及防治 被引量:1

摘要 对某核电机组蒸汽管道保温材料发生阴燃的原因进行了分析,结果表明其主要由保温材料中渗入油所致。在高温蒸汽管道的烘烤下,油受热快速挥发并在某保温层内不断积聚直至发生阴燃。保温材料中渗油量越大,阴燃越严重。解决阴燃最根本的措施是将油与保温材料进行物理隔离。 After analysis,the infiltration of oil into the heat insulating material was considered as the main reason.Suffered from high temperature baking by steam pipes,the oil was heated and volatilized quickly.It accumulated inside the insulating material until smoldering occurred.The greater leakage of the oil into insulating material,the more serious the smoldering happened.The basic countermeasure for this is to isolate the oil and insulating layer thoroughly.
