摘要
针对具有大惯性、大迟延特性的磨煤机出口风温,提出了一种改进型Smith预估器控制方案。采用Matlab对惰性区模型进行辨识,以及采用基于内模控制(IMC)整定法整定PID参数,解决了经验整定法易使PID参数超调的问题。
Against the strong inertia and large delay characteristics of the mill outlet air temperature,an improved Smith predictor control scheme was put forward.The inert-region model was identified by Matlab software,and the internal model control tuning(IMC) method was applied to tune the PID parameters.So overshoot of PID parameters that easily occurred during the empirical method tuning was eliminated.
