摘要
介绍了北京太阳宫燃气热电有限公司二拖一燃气-蒸汽联合循环780MW机组协调控制系统,针对机组一拖一和二拖一2种不同运行方式,提出了不同的负荷分配方案,并以基本比例为基础,引入PID算法进行辅助修正负荷分配方案,实现对机组总负荷的协调控制。同时,针对汽轮机跳闸、燃气轮机跳闸等事故,取消了MarkVI中蒸汽轮机跳闸联锁跳闸燃气轮机的保护功能,增加了旁路减压阀、减温水调节阀及截止阀快速开启控制功能。在自动发电控制(AGC)方式下,以30MW/min的升、降负荷速率进行负荷扰动试验结果表明,机组运行稳定,具有良好的调峰能力,负荷调整过程中最大动态负荷偏差<6MW,平均静态负荷偏差<4MW。
The coordinated control system of 780 MW 'Two-Pull-One' type gas-steam combined cycle unit in Taiyanggong Plant was presented.Different load distribution schemes were put forward for two different operation modes:'Two-Pull-One' mode and 'One-Pull-One' mode,respectively.On the basis of basic proportion,the PID algorithm was employed to perform the load distribution scheme revision and complete the total power coordination control of combined cycle unit.Moreover,for gas turbine trip and steam turbine trip,protection function in MARK-VIDCS instruction for steam turbine trip interlocking gas turbine trip was canceled,and quick open control function for bypass relief valve,desuperheating water regulating valve and stop valve was added.Load disturbance test was performed with load rising/falling rate of 30 MW/min,under automatic generation control(AGC) condition.The results showed that,the unit ran stably and had good ability of peak load regulation.During the load regulating process,the maximum dynamic load deviation was lower than 6 MW,and the average static load deviation was lower than 4 MW.
