袋式除尘器运行情况分析及延长滤袋寿命的运行措施 被引量:14

摘要 分析现有布袋、电袋复合除尘器实际运行情况,以及烟气温度、除尘器前后压差、清灰方式、烟气的含氧量和SO2含量对滤袋寿命的影响。结果表明,烟气温度高、除尘器实际运行压差大、烟气中氧气和SO2浓度高是造成滤袋破损的主要原因。对此,提出通过选择耐高温、耐酸腐蚀的滤料,采用烟气紧急喷雾的方法降低烟气温度,调整燃料成分,降低烟气中氧气和SO2浓度,控制喷吹空气压力,合理设计清灰方式、清灰频次及清灰时间等措施,以延长滤袋使用寿命。 The actual running condition of the present bag filter and electrostatic fabric filter was investigated,and the influence of such factors as flue gas temperature,dust collector pressure difference,purge mode,oxygen content and SO2 content on the filter's service life was also discussed.Results show that,high flue gas temperature,great pressure difference of the dust collector in operation,and large concentration of O2 and SO2 mainly cause filter breaking.Thus,to lengthen the service life of the filter,measurements like selecting refractory and acid corrosion resistant filter material,reducing the flue gas temperature by urgent sprays,decreasing the O2 and SO2 content through fuel blending,controlling the pressure of sprayed air,reasonably designing the ash collecting mode and frequency and time etc.were put forward.
