摘要 介绍了某亚临界350MW纯凝发电机组改造为抽汽供热机组的供热改造系统。对热网投入运行中机组辅机故障减负荷RB保护动作热网退出逻辑进行了分析研究。结果表明,热网改造后,机组RB功能须相应改动:当发生送风机、一次风机、引风机RB动作时,对抽汽快关阀、逆止阀关闭指令加入10s延时;将电动调整蝶阀LV改为液压控制,以便快速开启阀门。 The modification that a subcritical 350 MW straight condensing unit was transformed into a steam extraction heat supply unit was presented,and the RB protection with quitting logic for the heating network during operation was analyzed.Results showed that,after heating network transformation,the RB protection action should be correspondingly changed:when the RB action for forced draft fans,primary air fans and induced draft fans occurred,add a 10-second delay for closing of the heating network quick closing valve and the check valve;to quickly open the motor operated adjusting butterfly valve LV,transform it into being hydraulic controlled.
