摘要 以某超临界660MW机组为对象,采用等效焓降法定量计算分析吸收式热泵回收低温余热技术的经济性。分析结果表明,在高负荷下投入热泵后,机组的经济性有很大的提高。在75%额定负荷工况下按单台热泵冬季满负荷供热2 000h计,收益达到171万元,若考虑减少污染物排放和节水带来的收益,实际收益更为显著。按单台热泵初投资费用1 500万元计算,8~9年即可收回成本。 Taking a supercritical 660 MW unit as the object,the equivalent enthalpy drop method was employed to calculate the economic efficiency of recycling waste heat by absorption heat pump.The results showed that,after the heat pump was put into service under high load condition,the unit economic efficiency was improved a lot.Under 75% of the rated load condition,supposing the single heat pump supplies heat with full load for 2 000 hours in winter,the calculated profit reached 1.71×106 yuan.Considering the profit that emission reduction and water saving brought,the actual profit was more remarkable.Supposing the initial investment of a single heat pump is 1.50×107 yuan,the cost can be returned in only 8 or 9 years.
