摘要
针对某机组RP型中速磨煤机运行状态,以煤粉细度、磨煤机出力、磨煤机电流和分离器出口温度为评价指标,利用模糊物元理论结合欧氏贴近度原理,构造出欧氏贴近度复合模糊物元,建立磨煤机运行状态评价的模糊物元模型,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定各评价指标的权重系数,对磨煤机运行状态进行定量和定性评价。在某300MW机组锅炉的RP903X型中速磨煤机上的实际应用结果表明,该模型可快速、有效地对RP型中速磨煤机的运行状态进行合理评价,提高了机组运行的安全性和稳定性。
By taking a RP medium-speed coal pulverizer as the research object,the status evaluation model for medium-speed coal pulverizers was established.According to running state of the RP medium-speed pulverizer,such factors as the coal fineness,the pulverizer capacity and current,and the separator outlet temperature were regarded as the evaluation indices.The fuzzy matter element theory and the Euclid approach degree principle were applied to construct the Euclid approach degree composite fuzzy matter element.Then the fuzzy matter element model for operation status evaluation of coal pulverizers was established.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method was employed to determine the weight coefficient of each evaluation index,and to evaluate running state of the coal pulverizer quantitatively and qualitatively.The new model was verified on the RP903X medium-speed coal pulverizer for a 300 MW unit boiler and the results showed that,this model can make a reasonable evaluation for running state of the RP medium-speed coal pulverizer rapidly and effectively,which enhanced the safety and stability of the unit operation.
