摘要
根据协调控制模型,结合吴泾第二发电厂机组运行参数,建立了亚临界600MW机组协调控制系统数学模型,在Simulink软件下对该模型进行了仿真,并将仿真结果与机组运行数据进行了比较。结果表明:在汽轮机的调节阀开度一定的条件下,改变锅炉给煤量时主蒸汽压力仿真值与实际值的最大误差不超过0.3MPa,汽轮机功率仿真值与实际值的最大误差不超过3MW;在锅炉给煤量一定的条件下,改变汽轮机调节阀开度时主蒸汽压力仿真值与实际值的最大误差不超过0.2MPa,汽轮机功率仿真值与实际值的最大误差不超过4.5MW。模型与机组的动态误差较小,表明建立的协调控制系统数学模型可行。基于所建模型和直接能量平衡(DEB)法对原机组协调控制系统进行了改进,改进后的机组协调控制系统响应速度快、抗干扰性强,并且能够较好地控制主蒸汽压力的波动。
Combined with the operation parameters of Wu Jing Second Power Plant,the mathematic model for coordinated control system in a subcritical 600 MW unit was established,on the basis of the coordinated control model.By Simulink software,simulation on this model was conducted and the results were compared with the unit operation data.With a constant opening degree of regulating valve,when the coal feed quantity was changed,the maximum error between the simulated value and actual value of the main steam pressure was below 0.3 MPa,and that of the turbine power was less than 3 MW.When the coal feed quantity was kept constant and the opening degree of regulating valve varied,the maximum error between the simulated value and actual value of the main steam pressure was within 0.2 MPa,and that of the turbine power was below 4.5 MW.The small dynamic error between the model and the unit operation demonstrated the feasibility of the above mathematic model for coordinated control system.Based on this model,the unit coordinated control system was improved,by direct energy balance(DEB) method.The simulation results showed that,the improved unit coordinated control system had high response speed and strong anti-interference,and can control the fluctuation of main steam pressure well.
