摘要 通过对近年来汽轮发电机组油膜失稳事故案例的整理总结,分析了油膜失稳的原因及其振动特征,认为轴承标高不当、对中不良等引起的轴承扰动及轴瓦型式不当是引起油膜失稳的主要原因。对此,提出了提高润滑油温,更换稳定性更高的轴承型式,调整轴瓦顶隙及轴承座标高等处理措施,可进一步提高轴瓦稳定性,减少油膜失稳事故。 Oil-film instability is a common vibration fault in large turbo generator units,will cause significant effect on the safe operation of unit.By investigation on oil-film instability vibration fault cases in domestic turbine generator units in recent years,the vibration features of oil film instability were summarized.The bearing disturbance caused by improper bearing elevation and die misalignment,and the wrong bearing type were considered as the major reasons.Thus,the countermeasures were put forward,which providing technical references for the similar fault in future.
