摘要
介绍了北方联合电力达拉特电厂(北方达拉特电厂)、华能邯峰电厂、华能阳逻电厂、华能太仓电厂、国华太仓电厂等在锅炉受热面管内蒸汽吹扫氧化皮剥落物时所采用的主要措施,并对蒸汽吹扫工艺的效果、吹扫参数的确定、吹扫流程的选择进行了分析,在分析比较的基础上提出了蒸汽吹扫适应的条件及工艺参数优化要点。
The main steam blowing measures for boiler heating surface with oxide layer peeling in several power plants were presented.The effect of steam blowing,the determination of blowing parameters and the selection of blowing procedure were analyzed and compared.At last,the steam blowing conditions and the key points of process parameter optimization were put forward.
