摘要 对新型煤粉加压密相输送系统进行了试验研究,考察了该系统输送的稳定性,分析了输送压力对煤粉质量流量、固气比和压降等输送参数的影响。结果表明:随着输送压力的提高,煤粉质量流量和输送氮气质量流量均增大,但氮气质量流量的相对增量更大,固气比随输送压力的增大而降低,试验获得的固气比为8.4~18.6kg/kg;单位管长压降普遍存在波动,且随煤粉质量流量的增加而增大,但其值均小于2.4kPa/m。 The industrial test of dense phase conveying of pulverized coal was presented.The transport stability and the effects of transport pressure on such factors as solid mass flow rate,solid/gas mass flow ratio and pressure drop were also investigated.The results showed that,with an increase in delivery pressure,the mass flow rate of pulverized coal and transport gas(N2) both increased,among which the relative increment of the N2 flow rate were higher.However,the solid/gas flow ratio decreased when the total pressure increased,it reached 8.4-18.6 kg/kg in the experiment.The pressure drop per unit length fluctuated,and increased with the coal mass flow rate,but the value was always below 2.4 kPa/m.
