摘要 针对国内火电厂水系统独立布置、分散控制的现状,提出了定制式水务中心的管理运行模式,该模式以试验为基础,针对不同电厂特点建立集用水系统布置、监测、控制于一体的立体式水务管理方式;介绍了水务中心的构建过程、数据采集、程控系统,以及在某电厂的实际应用效果。应用表明,采用定制式水务中心运行管理后,优化了水务系统工艺流程,系统自动化程度高,各系统调节能力增强,系统能够长时间稳定运行。而且,该厂新鲜水取水量降低了190m3/h,排污量降至15m3/h,具有良好的环保、社会效益。 Against the present status(independent arrangement and decentralized control) of water system in domestic thermal power plants,a management operation mode called customizing water centre was put forward.On the basis of tests,this three-dimensional water management mode was established according to different power plants' characteristics,which integrated the layout,monitoring and control of water system.The construction process,data acquisition and program control system of the water management centre and its application in a power plant were presented.After the water management centre was put into service,the process of water system was optimized and the system automation degree of this unit was high.The adjustment ability of each system was enhanced,and the unit can be long-term operated stably.The fresh water intaking and blowdown flow of this power plant decreased by 190 m3/h and 15 m3/h,respectively.
