摘要
采用超声波和涡流检测法对LC9铝合金搅拌摩擦焊根部缺陷进行检测,分析了2种检测方法的灵敏度。结果表明,超声波和涡流2种检测方法均适用于铝合金搅拌摩擦焊根部缺陷的检测,且灵敏度较高,其中超声波可检出深度≥0.8mm的缺陷,涡流可检出深度≥0.6mm的缺陷。
The FSW root defects of LC9 aluminum alloy were detected by ultrasonic and eddy current testing methods,respectively.Moreover,the sensitivity of above two methods was analyzed.The results showed that,both the ultrasonic and the eddy current testing methods were suitable for detecting the FSW root detects of the LC9 aluminum alloy,and the detection sensitivity of them were high.The defects with depth of more than 0.8 mm can be detected by the ultrasonic method,and that with depth of more than 0.6 mm can be detected by the eddy current testing method.
