烟气近零排放的富氧焚烧垃圾电站技术经济性分析 被引量:8

Technical and economic analysis on a waste oxygen-enriched incineration power plant with flue gas near-zero emissions

摘要 以日处理垃圾1 100t的15MW循环流化床(CFB)垃圾焚烧锅炉汽轮机发电机组为研究对象,计算分析了采用富氧燃烧技术焚烧垃圾的经济性。与空气焚烧垃圾电站相比,富氧焚烧垃圾电站需要增加空气分离制氧和CO2压缩液化设备,但无需燃煤助燃,可以实现烟气污染物的近零排放。经济性计算结果表明:空气分离装置和CO2压缩液化装置的功耗为11.52MW,其厂用电率约为76.8%,综合考虑电厂其它辅机功耗后,净电效率为4.01%。富氧焚烧垃圾技术具有烟气污染物零排放与资源化回收的优势,经济及技术上可行,社会效益突出,有望成为一项有效处理垃圾的环境友好型新技术。 Taking a 15 MW waste incineration turbine-generator unit which disposed waste of 1 100tevery day as the research object,the technical and economic analysis for municipal solid waste incineration by oxygen-enriched combustion technology was carried out.Compared with conventional waste incineration boiler using air combustion,boiler adopting this technology equips with air separation units and CO2compression device,but has no needs for firing coal to help the ignition,and can realize nearly zero emission of the flue gas pollution.The economic calculation results showed that,the power consumption of air separation unit,CO2compression and liquefaction device accounted for 56.87% and 19.93% of the total electricity generation,respectively;comprehensively considering other auxiliary energy consumption,the net power generation efficiency of this power plant was 4.01%.With the advantages of zero pollutant emission,resource recovery,economic and technical feasibility and outstanding social benefit,the oxygen-enriched combustion of MSW technology is expected to become a new environment-friendly technology with high waste treatment efficiency.
