高压加热器自动启停功能的实现

Realization of automatic start and stop of high pressure heaters

根据高压加热器工艺,设计了高压加热器自动启、停功能组,并介绍了该功能组控制流程。针对高压加热器自动启、停过程中的温度和水位控制要求,设计了其控制系统。将高压加热器自动启、停功能组应用于河北建投沙河电厂超临界2×600MW机组的高压加热器控制中,实现了高压加热器的全过程自动控制。

On the basis of high pressure heater process in power plants,the automatic start and stop functional group for high pressure heaters was designed.The control flow of this functional group was presented,and the control strategy was given according to the temperature and water level control during the automatic start/stop process.This functional group was applied in actual control of high pressure heaters in 2×600MW supercritical units in Hebei Shahe Power Plant,and the automatic control for the whole process of high pressure heater was realized.
