摘要
对国电九江电厂四期7号660MW机组给水和烟风系统的重要辅机进行单列优化布置,该机组是国内首台投入商业运行的高参数超超临界660MW辅机单列机组。通过分析和总结辅机单列方案的特点,对控制系统进行逐层优化,提高了辅机系统的安全性、可靠性、稳定性和运行检修便利性,对同类型机组具有指导作用。
The No.7 660MW unit in Guodian Jiujiang Power Plant was the first domestic high parameter ultra supercritical 660MW unit with auxiliary equipments in sing-line arrangement that put into commercial operation.Optimization on single-line arrangement of the feedwater and airflue gas system was performed.By analyzing and summarizing the characterisitics of the singleline arrangement scheme for auxiliary equipments,the control system was optimized step by step.After the optimization,the system security,reliability,stability and convenience during operation and maintenance were dramatically improved.
