摘要
对某台660MW汽轮发电机在运行中突发振动造成振动保护动作跳闸的问题进行对比分析,判断该振动是由转轴与塑料油挡碰摩所致。根据塑料受温度变化的特性,决定在机组转速降至1 620r/min后继续升速、并网、带负荷运行。结果机组运行稳定,振动无异常。
Sudden vibration of a 660 MW turbogeneratuor occurred during the operation,causing the vibration protection tripping.Comparison analysis was conducted and the rub impact between rotating shaft and plastic oil catch was considered as the main reason.Against the characteristics of plastic deformation affected by temperature,the countermeasure was put forward,namely raising the speed rapidly and operating with grid and load continuously after the generator speed dropped to 1 620r/min.The results showed that the unit had a stable operation and with no abnormal vibration.
