超(超)临界锅炉启动系统性能及经济性量化分析 被引量:2

摘要 启动系统技术是超(超)临界锅炉的关键技术之一。对各类型直流锅炉启动系统进行分类,对比分析了各类型启动系统的技术特点和安全性,重点对超(超)临界锅炉启动系统的经济性和启动速度进行了定量计算分析。结果表明,超(超)临界锅炉采用带炉水循环泵(BCP)的启动系统时在经济性和启动速度上有明显优势,与简单大气扩容器启动系统相比,其热损失小,启动速度快,相同条件下温态启动一次机组可增加约3h的发电量。因此,对于超(超)临界锅炉采用带BCP启动系统是最佳选择。 Start-up system is a key technology for supercritical and ultra-supercritical boilers.Start-up systems in all kinds of once-through boilers were comprehensively classified.Furthermore,technical features and safety of each start-up system were qualitatively compared.Especially,the economic efficiency and start-up speed of supercritical and ultra-supercritical boilers were quantitatively calculated.The results showed that,supercritical and ultra-supercritical boilers adopting start-up system with boiler water circulating pump(BCP)was clearly superior in economy and start-up speed.Compared with the simple start-up system with atmospheric expanding device,the system with BCP had lower heat loss and higher start-up speed,and it can increase about three hours'power generation capacity during one warm state start-up under the same conditions.Therefore,the start-up system with BCP is the best choice for supercritical and ultra-supercritical boilers.
