摘要 对褐煤掺烧烟煤混配煤特性计算方法进行了研究和整合,提出计算分析模型和理论方法,确定褐煤混配煤参数特性分布规律,采用量子粒子群理论对参数方程进行校核计算。同时,采用分区段计算的循环流化床(CFB)炉膛传热模型和序贯模块迭代的锅炉热力计算总体算法,对燃烧不同褐煤掺配比例混配煤的CFB锅炉进行变煤种、变工况热力计算,分析褐煤掺烧比例对锅炉运行参数的影响规律,确定合理掺烧比例范围为50%~70%,并对高比例掺烧褐煤的大型CFB锅炉运行性能进行了优化,优化后锅炉热效率提高了2.045%~3.174%,综合厂用电率降低了0.458%~1.127%,经济效益显著。 On the basis of investigation and integration on calculation methods of coal blending characteristics,a mathematical analysis model and theoretical method were proposed.The parameter characteristics of lignite mixed with other coals were determined,and the quantum particle swarm theory was employed to check and calculate the parameter equation.By the sectional calculated CFB furnace heat transfer model and the general boiler thermal calculation algorithm adopting sequential modular iterative,the thermal calculation for CFB boilers firing mixed coals with different proportions of lignite were conducted,under varied coals and varied operation conditions.Furthermore,the effect of lignite proportion on boiler's operation parameters was analyzed.Finally the reasonable mixed ratio was determined(50%-70%).Moreover,the operation performance of large scale CFB boiler firing mixed coal with high proportion of lignite was optimized.After the improvement,the boiler efficiency was enhanced by 2.045%to 3.174%,and the comprehensive auxiliary power ratio was decreased by 0.458%to 1.127%.
