摘要
在某电厂超临界600MW机组直流锅炉低氮轴向旋流燃烧器(LNASB)上进行了大比例褐煤掺烧试验,根据运行人员的实际操作习惯等,对制粉系统、LNASB操作杆、锅炉风量等运行可操作因素进行了优化调整,使单台磨煤机的褐煤掺烧比达到50%。对于前后墙对冲旋流燃烧方式的锅炉,在不改动设备的情况下,中间2层燃烧器可以掺烧50%褐煤,在氧量为4.2%,且燃尽风挡板开度为30%时,锅炉运行状态最佳。
The mixed-burning test with large proportion of lignite was performed on low NOxaxis swirling burner(LNASB)of a supercritical 600MW unit once-through boiler using bituminous as the design coal.According to the conventional operation mode,optimization and adjustment on such running operational factors as pulverizing system,LNASB operating arm and air volume were conducted to make the lignite proportion on one coal mill reach 50%.For boilers with front and back wall opposed swirling combustion,on the premise of not changing the devices,the middle two layers of the burner can burning lignite with proportion of 50%;under condition with oxygen content of 4.2%and the opening degree of OFA damper of 30%,the operation state reached the best.
