摘要
对华电莱州电厂一期露天条形煤场和圆形封闭煤场2种方案进行技术、经济比较表明,与露天条形煤场相比,圆形封闭煤场的造价较高,但其粉尘污染少,占地面积小,环保效果好,自动化水平较高,可实现无人操作、"先进先出"的堆取作业,有效控制煤场的煤堆存放时间。因此,最终确定选用圆形封闭煤场方案。
Two schemes for coal storage yard(outdoor strip-type and enclosed circular type)for Laizhou Power Plant were presented from technical and economic aspects.Compared with the outdoor strip-type coal storage yard,the enclosed circular coal storage yard had higher construction cost.However,it had lower dust emission,occupied smaller area,and had better environmental protection effect and higher automation level.This scheme can achieve unmanned operation and finish the yard operation by the'first in,first out'(FIFO)rule,realizing effective control of the coal storage period.Therefore,the enclosed circular type coal storage yard was chosen.
