F级联合循环电站不设置启动锅炉的可行性分析 被引量:3

摘要 F级联合循环机组在我国的应用越来越多。结合联合循环机组启动蒸汽的作用以及启动锅炉的现状,分析了F级联合循环机组不设置启动锅炉的可行性。结果表明:在F级联合循环机组常见的单轴和多轴配置中,发电机中置的单轴机组和多轴机组可以不设置启动锅炉,而对于发电机尾置的单轴机组必须设置启动锅炉;根据机组系统配置特点,M701F型多轴联合循环机组,需要设置启动锅炉,西门子公司SGT5-4000F和GE公司9F型多轴联合循环机组可以不设置启动锅炉;通过余热锅炉自身所产生的蒸汽作为启动蒸汽,会延长机组启动时间,增加燃料消耗量以及机组启动期间与电网调度协调的复杂性,因此建议联合循环机组配置启动锅炉。 More and more class F gas turbine combined cycle unit was constructed in China.Combined with function of startup steam and status of startup boiler in combined cycle units,the feasibility of equipping no startup boilers for class F combined cycle unit was investigated.The results showed that,for the class F combined cycle units with common configuration of single shaft and multiple-shaft,the one with generator middle-set can be operated without the startup boiler,while the one with generator end-set must equip startup boiler.According to the configuration features,the multiple-shaft combined cycle units which consist of the M701Fturbines should set the startup boiler;while that consist of the SGT5-4000Fturbines manufactured by Siemens company and 9Fturbines manufactured by GE company can start without startup boiler.Using the steam generated from waste heat boiler as the startup steam will prolong the unit startup time,increase the fuel consumption and complexity of dispatching with the power grid during unit starting.So it suggested that the combined cycle unit should be equipped with startup boiler.
