摘要
基于最优初压理论,建立最优初压计算模型,并以300MW机组为例进行了运行优化试验,按阀点寻优确定曲线上拐点,按初压寻优确定滑压过程的运行初压,并由此得出合理的机组定-滑-定运行曲线。实践表明,机组按此曲线运行经济性较高,参与调峰能力强,安全有保障,且有助于机组节能降耗。
On the basis of the optimal initial pressure theory,a calculation model for the optimal pressure was established.Besides,the operation optimization test was conducted on a typical 300MW unit.The curve inflection points were determined by valve point optimization,and the initial pressure during sliding pressure operation was determined by initial pressure optimization.Thus,the reasonable fixed-slide-fixed pressure operation curve for the unit was obtained.Operated according to this curve,the unit had a high economic efficiency and strong ability of participating in peak regulation.This method is helpful to energy saving and safety operation of the unit.
