电磁场对电弧熔积快速成形温度场及残余应力的影响 被引量:6

Influence of electromagnetic field on temperature field and residual stress in arc deposition rapid prototyping

摘要 为了研究在电弧熔积快速成形过程中附加电磁场之后成形工件表面温度场发生的改变,以及温度场变化对成形件造成的影响,使用红外热像仪对附加电磁场前后的电弧熔积成形过程进行了实时拍摄,并用X射线衍射测应力法对得到的成形件表面残余应力进行了测量。结果表明,附加磁场后,成形件表面温度场各温度区域尺寸扩大,熔积层表面所经历的最高温度升高,冷却速度减缓,成形件表面的纵向及横向残余应力均减小。 In order to study the change of surface temperature field and its influence on forming part of arc deposition manufacturing process with additional electromagnetic fields,the real time image during arc deposition manufacturing with additional electromagnetic field and without it were acquired by infrared thermal imager respectively,and the surface residual stress of forming part was measured by using X-ray diffraction stress text.The results showed that the size of each temperature region of surface temperature field had expended,the highest temperature of deposition layer had increased and the cooling rate had been slowed down,longitudinal and transverse residual stresses of surface had reduced.
