安全壳特种钢内衬焊接装配工艺的模拟与分析 被引量:2

摘要 核电站安全壳特种钢内衬属大型罐体结构,在焊接装配过程中不可避免地会产生焊接变形。为了对焊接变形进行预测及控制,本文利用SYSWELD软件建立了特种钢内衬的3D壳单元模型,并采用体积收缩法对特种钢内衬环壳装配焊接变形进行了模拟计算,获得了焊接变形分布,而且通过实际测量特种钢内衬焊接后的变形量验证了模型的有效性,其可以为改进焊接装配工艺提供参考和指导。 Liner was a kind of large tank structure in a nuclear power plant.It would inevitably produce welding deformation in welding assembly process.In order to forecast and control welding deformation,the 3D model was established by SYSWELD code with shell element,and the welding assembly deformation simulation was applied by volume shrinkage method.The simulation result was compared with measurement result and a good agreement between them was found.The method and model built were feasible to provide reference and guidance for welding assembly process.
