摘要
将国内外近20年有关异种材料超声波钎焊连接的研究报道给予归纳、总结,介绍了超声波钎焊技术的原理,详细综述了国内外超声波钎焊铝铜、铝钛、铝不锈钢、铝玻璃、铜陶瓷、镍钛等异种材料连接的最新研究概况,并对超声波激光钎焊或熔焊、超声波-电阻焊、超声波塞焊等交叉应用领域的研究进行概述,最后展望了异种材料超声波钎焊技术未来研究的重点和方向。
The reports ultrasonic-assisted brazing of dissimilar materials at home and abroad were summarized in the past 20 years,and the principle of ultrasonic-assisted brazing was briefly introduced.The latest research progresses of ultrasonic-assisted brazing dissimilar materials(aluminum/copper,aluminum/titanium,aluminum/stainless steel,aluminum/glass,nickel/titanium memory alloy) were detailedly reviewed.The application of ultrasonic-assisted brazing were outlined,such as ultrasonic laser brazing or welding,ultrasonic-resistance welding,ultrasonic plug welding and so on.Finally,the research focus and future aspects about ultrasonic-assisted brazing of dissimilar materials were proposed.
