摘要 针对一起爆炸事故进行了事故情景分析和计算,确定了事故中的爆炸物质及其质量,再通过对爆炸能量的计算得知甲苯为主要爆炸源,且一次氢气爆炸是二次甲苯爆炸的引燃源。综合"两类危险源理论"和"瑟利模型"建立了涵盖事故避免因素的事故因果连锁图,并对事故进行了致因分析。分析结果表明,生产工艺不成熟、设备存在安全缺陷、安全管理不完善是事故的主要原因。 On the basis of accident scene analysis and calculation of an explosion accident,the paper notes the explosives and its mass.Through the calculation of the explosion energy,the conclusion can be drawn that methylbenzene is the main source of explosion and hydrogen gas explosion is the igniting source of methylbenzene explosion.The paper builds a new cause-effect chain which includes factors to avoid accidents by 'two kinds of hazard sources theory' and 'Surry’s accident model' and also analyze the cause of the accident.Analysis result shows that the main reasons for the accident include the immature techniques,defective equipment and imperfect safety management.
