桑枝基活性炭对重金属离子Pb(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附 被引量:3

摘要 采用以废弃桑枝制备的活性炭吸附水中Pb(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅵ)。考察了吸附时间、pH值、活性炭用量和Pb(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度对吸附效果的影响,对等温吸附规律和吸附动力学作了数学模拟。结果表明,活性炭对Pb(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能良好,等温吸附规律符合Langmuir模型,吸附过程可用准二级动力学模型描述。在温度25℃、活性炭用量0.01 g/100 mL、Pb(Ⅱ)溶液pH值为6且初始质量浓度20 mg/L、Cr(Ⅵ)溶液pH值为2且初始质量浓度10 mg/L、以200 r/min的速率恒温振荡120 min的条件下,Pb(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的平衡吸附量分别可达136.3 mg/g和74.32 mg/g。 Activated carbon from waste ramulus mori is employed to remove Pb(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) in water.The effects of adsorption time,pH,activated carbon dosage and initial concentration of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) on adsorption capacities are inspected and thermal adsorption law and adsorption kinetics are mathematically simulated.The results indicate that adsorptive performance of activated carbon on Pb(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) is good,thermal adsorption conforms to Langmuir model and adsorption process can well be described by pseudo-second-order model.Under the conditions of temperature 25 ℃,activated carbon dosage 0.01 g/100 mL,initial concentration of Pb(Ⅱ) solutions 20 mg/L and its pH 6,initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) solutions 10 mg/L and its pH 2,shaking rate 200 rpm and shaking time 120 mins,the balance adsorption capacity of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) can respectively reach 136.3 mg/g and 74.32mg/g.
