摘要
采用Fluent软件对除尘器灰斗集灰过程进行进行了模拟研究和分析。用Gambit建立除尘器灰斗模型,并采用结构化网格对其进行网格划分,用欧拉多相流方程及K-epsilon两方程湍流模拟处理内部流场。结果表明,计算所选模型能较准确地反映灰斗集灰过程中内部的流场,对研究改进灰位传感器及灰斗的设计有重要意义。
Fluent is used to simulate the process of ash hopper collecting in this paper.Ash hopper collecting model is set up by Gambit,and the structured grid is also used,in which Eular-Maltiphase flow model and K-epsilon model are used in inner flow filed simulation.The results show that the selected model can correctly express the inner flow field in the process of ash hopper collecting,and it is important to the improvement of ash sensor and the design of ash hopper.
