摘要 膜法水处理技术是一种较为先进的分离技术,在食品饮料纯水制备领域,近年获得了长足的发展和应用。首先对膜法技术及过滤机理进行了说明,然后通过传统纯水制备工艺与膜法纯水制备工艺比较,表明膜法技术不仅可以降低制备运行费用,而且具有较好的经济效益和环境效益。 Membrane water treatment technology is a more advanced separation technology and it has advanced and developed rapidly in the field of food and drink pure water preparation.This paper first describes membrane technology and filtering mechanism,and then through comparisons between the traditional pure water preparation technology and membrane pure water preparation process,it is shown that the membrane technology can not only reduce the preparation cost,but also has good economic benefit and environmental benefit.
