630MW机组电除尘事故放灰原因分析及处理

摘要 当前大容量、高参数的火力发电厂所采购的锅炉燃烧煤质煤种,大多数与设计煤种相比偏差大,电除尘系统易发生高料位堵灰现象,火力发电厂迫不得已启动事故放灰预案;而且近年来国内也曾报道因电除尘灰斗积灰严重,而导致电除尘垮塌的数次事故,为此开展600MW等级机组的电除尘事故放灰原因分析及处理具有现实意义。 At present,there exist large deviations in most of the purchased coal by thermal power plant with large capacity and high parameters compared to the designed one and high level ash clogging may be easily happened electrostatic precipitator system,so the accident ash discharge plan is used;in recent years it has reported that the serious ash clogging of electrostatic precipitator has caused several collapse accidents.In this way,it is very significant that we should conduct accident ash discharge reason analysis and treatment for 600 MW grade unit electrostatic precipitator.
