摘要
化工项目因含有大量易燃易爆物质和较多复杂装置而具有较大潜在事故风险,因此环境风险评价成为该类项目环境影响评价的重点和难点。以某50万t/a催化汽油醚化项目为例,通过风险识别、项源分析,进而对环境风险事故进行预测及评价,并提出了相应的环境风险防范措施和应急预案。其中,重点进行了源解析,并从以上各方面内容讨论了做此类项目环境风险评价的技术要点,以期为今后的催化汽油醚化项目乃至各类化工项目的环境风险评价提供参考、借鉴。
Due to the presence of large inflammable substances and more complex device,there exist large potential risks of accidents in chemical projects,therefore environmental risk assessment has been the key.In this paper,500 000 tons/year catalyticgasoline etherification project is regarded as the case,risk identification and item source is analyzed,the environmental risks accidents are forcasted and assessed,and the corresponding environmental risk prevention measures and emergency response plans are put forward.Especially it is focused on source apportionment techniques and the technical key points in environmental risk assessment of such projects,to provide references for environmental risk assessment of future catalytic gasoline etherification projects and even every types of chemcial projects.
