摘要
为了解决三交河煤矿2-512大采高工作面上隅角瓦斯经常超限的难题,运用理论和现场实践进行了分析,分析得出工作面上隅角瓦斯超限的主要原因有:①上隅角是风流汇合处;②顶板跨落;③2#下煤层瓦斯涌入采空区;④地质构造.针对上隅角瓦斯超限问题,提出了高位钻孔抽放裂隙带瓦斯和低位钻孔抽放采空区和冒落带瓦斯的防治措施.现场实践表明,在实施上述措施之后,2-512工作面回风流中瓦斯浓度控制在0.02% ~0.06%,上隅瓦斯浓度由原来的0.8%~3.0%下降到0.8%以下,有效地解决了上隅角瓦斯超限问题,保证了矿井的安全高效生产.
In order to solve the problem of large mining height face gas content over limits frequently occurred at the upper corner of No.2-512 mining face in Sanjiaohe Mine,this paper analyses the reasons of gas over limits at the upper corner of No.2-512 mining face based on theoretical analysis and field practice,finding out the main reasons of gas over limits:①the upper corner is a jolly junction;②roof caving;③coal seam 2# gas influx of goaf;④geological structure.Based on problems existed,some prevention measures are put forward,such as high level borehole drainage fracture zone gas,low drilling drainage in gob and caving zone gas.The field practice shows that return air flow gas concentration is controlled between 0.02%~0.06% in No.2-512 working face,the upper corner gas concentration is dropped from original 0.8%~3% to below 0.8%,which can effectively solve the problem of gas over limits at the upper corner of the mining face,and ensure the mine production safe and efficient.
