重金属污染场地再利用的健康风险评估研究 被引量:6

摘要 以株洲市清水塘工业区某冶炼厂污染场地为例,参照《污染场地风险评估技术导则》(报批稿),对其不同用地方式的场地风险进行了评估。结果表明:在住宅用地、工业用地两种利用方式下累积致癌风险指数分别为2.91×10-4和7.93×10-5,均超出了可接受累积致癌风险水平;非致癌风险商分别为36.2和4.05,远大于可接受非致癌风险商,造成较大的健康风险;其风险主要来自镉、铅和镍,确定住宅用地方式下其修复限值分别为1.664、110.22、116.07 mg/kg,工业用地方式下的修复限值分别为58.44、2132.3 mg/kg。 Regarding the contaminated site of one smelting plant in Qingshuitang industrial area of Zhuzhou province as a case,the site risk assessment is conducted under different ways of land reuse,based on 'Technical Guidelines for Risk Assessment of Contaminated Sites'(to be issued).The result shows that the accumulated carcinogenic risk index is 2.91×10-4 and 7.93×10-5 under the residential land and industrial land,beyond the acceptable cumulative carcinogenic risk level;the non-cancer hazard quotient is 36.2 and 4.05,far exceeding the non-cancer hazard quotient,resulting in a greater health risk to local residents;The risks mainly come from cadmium,lead and nickel,and it is determined that the repaired limits for cadmium,lead and nickel are 1.664 mg/kg,110.22 mg/kg and 116.07 mg/kg respectively under residential land,for cadmium and lead,they are 58.44 mg/kg and 2132.3 mg/kg respectively under industrial land.
