摘要
为了有效地提高群体安全行为,避免群死群伤事故的发生,通过对个体和群体行为特点及规律的分析,明确面对突发安全事故时个体行为决策对群体行为决策的影响,应用安全系统工程的基本理论和方法建立个体-群体行为决策结构函数,定性定量地分析突发安全事故个体与群体安全行为的关系,并确定群体安全行为的3种决策形式,为进一步研究群体安全行为提供了必要的理论依据。
In order to effectively improve the group safety behavior,avoid the serious mass injuries and death,this paper analyzes the characteristics and rules of individual-group safety behavior and clears the effects of individual safety behavior on group safety behavior when facing unexpected safety accidents,in which the theories and methods of safety system engineering are used to establish individual-group safety behavior function and the relationship between individual safety behavior and group safety behavior is quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed to define three decision forms of group safety behavior when facing unexpected safety accidents,so as to provide necessary theoretical basis for the study of group safety behavior.
