摘要
攀成钢公司二氧化硫排放总量的90%来源于烧结工序,2009年氨法脱硫在105 m2烧结烟气脱硫项目上获得成功。重点对烧结烟气氨法脱硫特点、工艺流程、系统配置、运行情况进行了阐述,对脱硫系统运行实践和问题改进做了经验总结。
90% of sulfur dioxide emission of Pangang Group Chengdu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.comes from sintering process.Ammonia desulfurization had been completely applied in sintering flue gas desulfurization of 105 m2 in this company in 2009.This paper specially introduces the characteristics of ammonia desulfurization,procedures,system configuration and operation and summarizes operation practice of this system and improvements to the problems existed.
