教育的代际流动性影响因素分析

教育不公平是整个社会关注的焦点的问题,其重要表现形式之一是教育的代际流动性下降,父代的学历、职业、子代的户籍、居住区域、年龄、家庭中的排行等因素都影响到子代的受教育程度。公共教育支出如果不能保证优质教育资源的公平分配也无法促进代际教育流动性的提高。为了促进教育的代际流动,需要打破户籍制度的限制,给中下阶层群众提供更多的平等受教育的机会。

The unequality on education is the focus of the society.The important form of the unequality on education is the trend that the intergenerational mobility tends to decline.Many factors,including parents' education background,occupation and the children's Hukou,living area,age and the ranking in his family,will affect the children's education degree.It is not necessarily promote the intergenerational mobility on education for Public education spending unless it can equally allocate the education resources.In order to increase the intergenerational mobility,it is necessary for the government to break the limitation of Hukou system and provide more chances to access the good education resources.
