摘要
为了考察颗粒在立磨选粉机内的运动特性,并对选粉机的出口产量进行定量分析,利用计算流体动力学分析软件,对选粉机内的颗粒运动进行基于雷诺应力模型和离散相模型的非稳态数值模拟,通过对颗粒运动的实时仿真,模拟颗粒的分级过程。结果表明,选粉机出口产量随风量和转笼转速变化的规律与理论分析相一致;风量与转笼转速对出口产量影响的趋势与数值模拟的相对误差在10%以内。
To investigate the movement characteristics of particles and quantify the export production of a vertical mill classifier,the computational fluid dynamics software was used to numerically simulate the particle movement in classifier with unsteady method,which was based on the Reynolds stress model and discrete phase model.Through the real-time simulation of the particle motion,the process of particle classification was observed.The results show that the change rules of classifier export production with respect to air flow and rotate speed are consistent with the theoretical analysis.The relative error of results between the influence trend of different air flow and rotate speed on export production and the numerical simulation is less than 10%.
