随着互联网技术的发展,网络监督成为当前我国对公权力进行监督和制约的重要监督方式,网络监督所具有的便利性、广泛性和交互性的特点使其成为反腐败的重要力量,也提高了政府决策的民主化与科学化,然而,网络监督在现实发展中存在着法律不健全、权威性缺失等一系列的问题,严重制约着其效能的发挥,因此,要从健全网络监督的法规,为网络监督提供法律规范和保障;将网络监督与专门机关监督相结合,提升网络监督的权威性;加强网络监督平台建设、健全网络舆情分析系统;推进政务信息公开等方面加强网络监督的制度化建设,推动网络监督的健康发展。

With the development of internet technology,network supervision has become an important way to supervise and restrict the public power.With its features of convenience,universality and interaction features,network supervision has become an important force in fighting against corruption and has significantly improved democracy in government decision-making.However,network supervision is subject to a range of limitations such as imperfect legal system and the absence of authorities,which have severely suppressed its functionality and efficiency.Consequently,relevant laws should be perfected to provide standards and safeguards for network supervision.It is also important to integrate network supervision with specialized oversight to improve its authority.The construction of a network supervision platform should be strengthened to improve the network public opinion analysis system.Finally,it is necessary to promote administrative information opening system to enhance the institutionalization of network supervision and push forward the sound development of network supervision.
